About this event

While the public discourse signals the crisis phase of the COVID-19 pandemic is over, pandemic-related challenges continue to be a reality for health and community care workers everywhere. Leaders continue to face significant challenges while navigating the unknown. Leaders are human too. The growing impact of the pandemic affects all of us.

The Hope, Healing and Recovery Exchange are virtual panel sessions on wellness through the COVID-19 pandemic and are open to all Hamilton health and community care workers. Leaders in particular are encouraged to sign up for the Looking Back, Leading Forward Leadership Series. The goal of these sessions is to honour the diverse experiences of health and community care workers throughout the pandemic, and to promote collective reflection, mutual support, and recovery.
